This Interconnection Agreement (this "Agreement"), dated as of May 08, 2012 (the "Effective Date"), is entered into by and between Connecticut Light and Power, a specially chartered Connecticut corporation with a principal place of business at 107 Selden St, Berlin, CT, 06037 (the "Electric Distribution Company" or "EDC"), and Connecticut Resources Recovery Authority (CRRA) with a principal place of business at 100 Constitution Plaza, 6th Floor, Hartford, CT 06103 (the "Generator"). The EDC and the Generator are collectively referred to herein as the "Parties" and individually as a "Party." Any capitalized term used but not defined in this Agreement shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in the Guidelines for Generator Interconnection attached hereto as Appendix A, as may be amended from time to time (the "Guidelines").
