THIS AGREEMENT is a Successive Principle Agreement to the State of Montana Area Master Agreement and all other prior Agreements thereto by and between the above named parties (or their predecessor organizations) and any other ap- plicable Agreement within the state of Montana negotiated between an Independent Contractor or Contractor Group and the PNWRCC.
