This Managed Services Partner Amendment (the “Amendment”) to the Master Software Licence and Subscription Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made by and between AvePoint Singapore Pte. Ltd., a limited company organised under the laws of Singapore, with offices at 10 Collyer Quay, #17 – 01/04 Ocean Financial Centre, Singapore (“AvePoint”), and your company or entity, using certain of Ave- Point’s SaaS Solutions (“Customer”). Each party hereto shall be referred to as “Party”; collectively, the “Parties”.
