THIS AGREEMENT FOR CONTRACT SERVICES (herein “Agreement”) is made and entered into this day of , 2021 by and between the CITY OF CARSON, a California municipal corporation (“City”) and ECS IMAGING, INC., a California corporation (“Consultant”). City and Consultant are sometimes hereinafter individually referred to as “Party” and hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Parties.”
