In signing this contract, I, the mentee, hereby fully commit to doing my best tomeet these expectations that my mentor will have of me. I am expected to:• Attend formal kick-off, interim, and year-end mentoring sessions on a timely basis.• Be open and honest with you and also with myself.• Be professional and courteous with responding to communications in a timely fashion.• Accept and be introspective when given critical feedback.• Set stretch development goals that put me outside of my comfort zone.• Uphold the commitments made during my mentoring sessions by completing actions by the agreed upon delivery dates.• Take initiative and be proactive in seeking out my mentor for support in between mentoring sessions and proposing topics for discussion.• Assess whether I believe my mentor is a suitable match for me, and if not to bring this to the attention of the Crew Advisor and/or President.
