These General Terms (these “General Terms”) are between Oracle EMEA Limited a company incorporated in Ireland with limited liability whose company registration number is 158973 (“Oracle”) and the individual or entity that has executed the order that incorporates these General Terms by reference. In placing an order that is subject to these General Terms, you agree that the Schedules (as defined below) that are attached to these General Terms are incorporated into these General Terms. If a term is relevant only to a specific Schedule, that term applies only to that Schedule when that Schedule is incorporated into these General Terms.

These General Terms (these “General Terms”) are between Oracle America, Inc. (“Oracle”) and the individual or entity that has executed this Master Agreement. To place orders subject to these General Terms, the Schedules (as defined below) that are attached to these General Terms must be incorporated into these General Terms. If a term is relevant only to a specific Schedule, that term will apply only to that Schedule if and/or when that Schedule is incorporated into these General Terms.
