These Terms and Conditions of Trade (‘Terms and Conditions’) replace any prior or existing Broker Administration Agreement between HMIA Pty Ltd t/as Heavy Motor Insurance Australia (ABN 11 169 198 323, AR No. 462126) (‘HMIA’) and any AFS Licensed Insurance Broker, including any of their Authorised Representatives (‘Broker’) from and including the Effective Date. Any Broker wishing to advise on and deal in insurance products provided by HMIA agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
