This Contract is between Leap Energy Solutions Corp. (referred to as “Leap Energy”, “we”, “our”, and “us”, except where context requires otherwise) and You, the individual or legal entity identified on the Sign- Up Confirmation as the customer (referred to as “Customer”, “you”, and “your”, except where context requires otherwise). This Contract represents the entire agreement between us with respect to the subject matter herein. Capitalized terms are defined in Section 10.
