This limited partnership agreement of Global Lending Opportunities US Fund LP, a Delaware limited partnership (the “Partnership”), is entered into as of the 01 of July, 2021 (this “Agreement”), by and among Katch Advisors LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “General Partner”), and such Persons who are or become limited partners in accordance with the terms hereof and listed on the books and records of the Partnership (any such Persons, collectively, the “Limited Partners”; and, together with the General Partner, shall collectively be referred to as the “Partners”).
