Contract Type FiledDecember 18th, 2020The Sierra Country Club Homeowners Association (SCC), in compliance with the Fair Housing Act, receives and reviews requests for reasonable accommodations from persons with disabilities who require the assistance of emotional support animals when keeping these animals would otherwise violate SCC’s Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions. It is the responsibility of the SCC Board of Directors to ensure compliance with state and federal statutes through responsiveness to those who make requests for accommodations while ensuring potential negative impacts to the community and its residents are reviewed and taken into consideration.
