THIS WATER AND SEWER SERVICE AGREEMENT is made and entered into this day of 2024, by and between the COLA, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company (“Developer”), and THE TOWN OF JOHNSTOWN, a Colorado municipal corporation (“Town”), collectively sometimes referred to as the “Parties” and singularly as “Party.”
