SBDC GRANT AGREEMENT

This Grant Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between the State of Ohio, Development Services Agency (“Grantor”) and Grantee to set forth the terms and conditions upon which Grantor will provide financial assistance to Grantee and Grantee will use the financial assistance to undertake and operate a Small Business Development Center (“SBDC”) Program created by the Small Business Development Center Act of 1980, 15 U.S.C. Section 631 in accordance with the Small Business Administration (the “SBA”) Cooperative Agreement between the Grantor and SBA and the fiscal year FY2016 SBDC Proposal submitted by the Grantee to Grantor (the “Proposal”) for participation in the SBDC Program. Grantee shall undertake the activities and programs set forth in Exhibit I, Scope of Work (the “Project”).
