Suggested Agreement Regarding Ownership of Recordings & Transcripts of Group Interviews, Discussions and Panel Presentations From SNCC Legacy Project & Civil Rights Movement Veterans Website The individuals who have signed this agreement below as Participants (referred to after this as “Participants”) will participate in a group discussion, group interview, or panel presentation, together with the interviewer(s) or moderator(s) who have signed below on behalf of the sponsoring organization or institution (referred to after this as “Interviewers”). Each of the signing parties agrees that: The discussion, interview and/or presentation will be recorded and notes may be taken. Participants and Interviewers intend and understand that the recording in all forms, including transcripts of the recording (together the “Recording”), will be a work of joint authorship under copyright law, and that Participants and Interviewers will jointly own all right, title and interest in the copyrights to t
