Throughout this End User Licence Agreement (“Licence”), use of the term “Nasstar” is deemed to refer to Modality Systems Limited, Modality Systems Inc. or Modality Systems Pty Ltd, depending upon the entity with which you have contracted, as stated in the applicable Statement of Services, Sales Contract, online sales form, email order form or quote (“Software Documentation”) provided to You separately. The terms “You” or “Your”are deemed to refer to the End User.
