COMMUNITY SERVICE AGREEMENTCommunity Service Agreement • July 26th, 2023
This serve as an agreement between the Eastman Housing Authority and the above stated Resident for the purpose of Non-Compliance with community service requirements. The Resident hereby agrees to contribute to community service a total of HOURS for the next twelve (12) month period to comply with community service requirements for the current year’s commitment and 88 hours from September 2022 – August 2023 in deficient. The Resident is also responsible for completing (8) hours in September 2023 which is included in the overall 192 HOURS required by recertification next year. The first hours earned go toward the current commitment until the current year’s commitment is made.
