THIS AGREEMENT is made this day of , 2012, between the City of Palos Verdes Estates, a municipal corporation, hereinafter referred to as “CITY”_and Arakelian Enterprises, Inc. DBA Athens Services, a Corporation, hereinafter referred to as “CONTRACTOR.”CITY and CONTRACTOR are each hereinafter referred to as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
