This Traffic Exchange Agreement (the “Agreement”), is by and between CenturyTel of Ohio, Inc. with its address for purposes of this Agreement at 100 CenturyLink Drive, Monroe, Louisiana 71203 (”CenturyLink”), and Qwest Communications Company, LLC d/b/a CenturyLink QCC, in its capacity as a certified provider of local wireline Telecommunications Service (“CenturyLink QCC”), with its address for this Agreement at 930 15th Street 6th Floor Denver, CO 80202 (CenturyLink and CenturyLink QCC being referred to collectively as the “Parties” and each individually as a “Party”). This Agreement covers services in the State of Ohio only (the “State”).
