This agreement requires that the Landlord has a SEMCO Landlord account for each property the agreement is to be executed upon. If an account does not presently exist at any of the requested properties, SEMCO will contact the Landlord at the phone number provided on the agreement to create an account. If SEMCO is unable to make contact to create an account, the agreement will not be executed, and automatic transfers will not take place for any of the listed accounts.
