This is an Amendment (“Amendment”) to the Interconnection Agreement between Qwest Corporation dba CenturyLink QC (“CenturyLink”), a Colorado corporation, and Clear Rate Communications Inc (“CLEC”). CenturyLink and CLEC shall be known jointly as the “Parties”.
