This Climate FieldView™ End User Service Agreement constitutes a legally binding agreement (“Agreement”) between you and Bayer CropScience Limited, whose registered office is at 230 Cambridge Science Park, Milton Road, Cambridge, CB4 0WB, United Kingdom. United Kingdom(“we”, “us” or “Climate”). Climate is an Affiliate of the Bayer Group of companies (“Bayer”). An “Affiliate” means with respect to an entity, any other entity that, directly or indirectly, through one or more intermediaries, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with that entity. Your use of Climate FieldView products, software, hardware, services and web sites excluding any products or services provided to you by Climate under a separate written agreement (referred to collectively as “FieldView Services”), is subject to the general terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
