This agreement for the provision of services associated with mailing and presort services (“Agreement”) is made and entered in this 19th day of July, 2016 (“Effective Date”), by and between the City of Redlands, a municipal corporation (“City)” and Inland Presort and Mailing Services (“Contractor”).
