Throughout this contract, the phrases “SmarterBroadband” “we” and “our” refer to SmarterBroadband, Inc. its staff, owners, assignees and operators. The phrases “the Subscriber,” “the Customer,” and “your” refer to the Subscriber who reads and signs this Contract.
