This will confirm the understanding between you and Colorado State University Extension in ________ County regarding your role as a ____________ (Master Gardener/ Master Volunteer/4-H Leader – fill in as appropriate) during the program year ________ ( 2008-2009). As a volunteer in ________ County you may, from time to time take photographs on your own accord that CSU Extension may, at some later date, ask to use. CSU Extension may also ask you to take photographs on our behalf which relate to Extension work in _____________ County.
