Your continued use of this Site or any Site Materials after any such change takes effect will be deemed to constitute your acceptance of and agreement to the new User Agreement. If you breach any of the Terms and Conditions, your authorization to use this Web site automatically terminates, and any of the Materials downloaded or printed from this Site must be immediately destroyed.
