These Terms and Conditions (this “Agreement”) are entered into by and between Daily Siren Pty Ltd (us, hereinafter referred to as Siren) and the other entity (you, the “Advertiser Client”, hereinafter referred to as Client) signing a booking order (“Advertising Confirmation Order”, hereinafter referred to as Order) as defined below and are effective as of the date of the first Order (the “Effective Date”).
