The purpose of this agreement is to provide orderly collective bargaining between the Company and the Union, to secure prompt and equitable disposition of grievances, to establish and maintain mutually satisfactory working conditions, hours of work, wages, benefits, and all other conditions of employment for employees who are subject to the provisions of this agreement and to prevent the interruption of work or interference with the efficient operation of the Company's business.
