New Peoples Bank is required by law to provide you with certain information in writing in connection with your loan application and approval process ("Consumer Information"). If you consent, Consumer Information can be displayed for you electronically instead. You will have the opportunity to print or save the Consumer Information and keep it for your records. New Peoples Bank needs your consent before delivering Consumer Information electronically. Your consent also permits us to send you other notices, disclosures or documents electronically, and to use electronic signatures, in connection with your loan application and approval process ("Loan Information"). Please read this notice carefully before giving consent.
