This Quotation shall become a binding contract when a copy signed by purchaser or an acceptable purchase order returned to Simpson Technologies Corporation ("Seller") is accepted in writing by Seller. Quotations not accepted within thirty (30) days must be confirmed as to price, delivery, terms and specifications.
