This STRATEGIC ALLIANCE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into this 15thday of August 2014, by and between The Barbara Bush Foundation for Family Literacy, Inc., a Florida not for profit corporation (“BBF”) and The School Board of Seminole County, a public body corporate operating and existing under the laws of the State of Florida (“Provider”). BBF and Provider are collectively referred to herein as the “Parties.”
