This MBBM VAS Data Processing Addendum ("DPA") supplements the contract between Customer and Müller BBM VibroAkustik Systeme GmbH, Helmut-A.-Müller-Straße 1 - 5, 82152 Planegg ("MBBM VAS") on the provision of cloud-based Software-as-a-Service governed by the MBBM VAS SaaS Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement"). This DPA is an agreement between you and the entity you represent ("Customer", "you" or "your") and MBBM VAS. Unless otherwise defined in this DPA or in the Agreement, all capitalised terms used in this DPA will have the meanings given to them in Section 15 of this DPA.
