This Intergovernmental Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “AGREEMENT” is entered into this day of , 2016, between the County of Will (hereinafter referred to as “COUNTY”) a body corporate and politic, and the City of Joliet (hereinafter referred to as the “CITY”), a Municipal corporation and home rule unit of local government under the laws and Constitution of the State of Illinois. The COUNTY and the CITY are hereinafter sometimes individually referred to as a “Party” or collectively the “Parties.”
