THIS INVESTORS’ RIGHTS AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of May 10, 2019, by and among Murabaha Inc., a corporation incorporated under the Canada Business Corporations Act (the “Company”) and those certain shareholders of the Company listed on Schedule A (together with any subsequent shareholders, or any transferees, who become parties hereto pursuant to Sections 4.1, 6.1 or 6.14) (the “Investors”).
