("Liberty"), an indirect subsidiary of AQN, mutually agreed with American Electric Power, Inc. and AEP Transmission Company, LLC to terminate the stock purchase agreement pursuant to which Liberty would have acquired Kentucky Power Company and AEP Kentucky Transmission Company, Inc.
