In consideration of participating in the Fire Truck Pull, hereinafter “FTP”, I represent that I understand the nature of the FTP and that I am qualified, in good health and in proper physical condition to participate in the FTP. I also acknowledge and agree that if I believe the conditions surrounding the FTP are unsafe, I will immediately discontinue participation in the FTP.
