This is a legal Agreement between you and eTRANSERVICES Corp., regarding Your use of the UDPaaS Platform/Software as a Service. The core of UDPaaS is the SmartSimple platform that is licensed to and operated by eTRANSERVICES Corp. Your use of UDPaaS and or its No Code / Low Code applications or services available is subject to (a) all applicable federal laws and regulations, (b) Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) requirements, and (c) to this Agreement, including any future modifications (collectively, the "Agreement"), even if you or your Agency have another agreement in place with eTRANSERVICES. By accessing or using the Platform, its applications or services, whether online or through a mobile app, you acknowledge that You have read and understood this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
