This Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) is entered this day of 2024, and effective on , 2024 (“Effective Date”), by and between the City of Brentwood, a municipal corporation of the State of California ("City"), and Harvest Time in Brentwood (“Harvest Time”), a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation in the State of California (each a Party, and collectively, the “Parties”) for delivery and administration of the U-Pick Capital Program, including but not limited to agricultural tourism (“Agri- Tourism”), brand promotion, and social media marketing.
