THIS AGREEMENT made as of this first day of August, 2015, by and between the Sunrise Bakery of Hibbing, Minnesota, hereinafter referred to as the EMPLOYER, and the United Food and Commercial Workers Union, Local #1189, and chartered Body of the United Food and Commercial Workers International Union, hereinafter referred to as the UNION, AFL-CIO.
