This agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Transamerica Financial Advisors, Inc., a registered broker-dealer and a registered investment advisor (“TFA”, unless distinguishing its capacity as Broker-Dealer only, “TFA BD”, or as Registered Investment Advisor only, “TFA RIA”) and (“Client”). Intending to be legally bound, Client and TFA agree as follows:
