This Data Protection Addendum ("Addendum") forms part of the Master Subscription Agreement between: (i) Spanning Cloud Apps, LLC (Spanning) ("Spanning") acting on its own behalf and as agent for each Spanning Affiliate; and (ii) ("Company") acting on its own behalf and as agent for each Company Affiliate.
