The parties expressly agree that this Agreement, as well as the rights and obligations of the parties arising herefrom or directly related hereto are governed solely by Czech law (excluding its conflict of laws provisions), in particular by the provisions of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, as amended. The parties expressly exclude the application of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (published in the Collection of Laws of the Czech Republic under No. 160/1991 Coll.) and any other international convention.
