In accordance with the National Aeronautics and Space Act (51 U.S.C. § 20113(e)), this Agreement is entered into by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration Lyndon B. Johnson Space Center, located at 2101 NASA Parkway, Houston, Texas 77058 (hereinafter referred to as "NASA" or "NASA JSC") and Texas A&M Engineering Experiment Station, a member of The Texas A&M University System and an agency of the State of Texas, located at 7607 Eastmark Dr, College Station, TX 77840-4030 (hereinafter referred to as "Partner" or "TEES"). NASA and Partner may be individually referred to as a "Party" and collectively referred to as the "Parties."
