Chadron State College room and board rates, regulations, and designated fees are subject to change by action of the Board of Trustees of the Nebraska State College System (NSCS) and the Administration of Chadron State College, herein after referred to as CSC. This agreement is legally binding for the entire academic year under which it is issued. Any deviations from the terms specified herein not specifically directed by the Board of Trustees or CSC Administration require written approval from the CSC Housing Office or the Dean of Student Affairs.
