Attached is the agreement we have negotiated with DTA. This agreement will allow DTA to charge your SNAP account at the time your monthly benefits are deposited. This will ensure you are able to utilize your HIP benefits each month. HIP benefits vary depending on your household size but are typically $40 per month reimbursement for fresh produce you have purchased. AutoSNAP charges will automatically be deducted on the same day that your SNAP benefits are loaded into your account. HIP funds are immediately reimbursed to your SNAP account, however, please note that if you have already used your HIP benefits within the calendar month, it will draw from your SNAP benefits.
