Certification services of independent testing labs (“Lab(s)”). Cannabis producers and processor licensees are required to submit representative samples of cannabis, usable cannabis, and cannabis-infused products to an independent, third-party testing laboratory which meets the certification requirements established by the WSDA for inspection and testing to ensure that the cannabis meets the standards adopted by the WSDA. This includes, but is not limited to, standards set forth in WAC 314-55.
