These Terms and Conditions of Purchase (the “Terms”) govern the purchase of Products and/or Services (as each term is defined herein) by RW Screw, LLC, an Ohio limited liability company (“Buyer”) from the person, firm or corporate entity (“Seller”) named in the subject Purchase Order (each a “P.O.” and collectively “P.O.s”) by and between Buyer and Seller, and includes Services furnished by Seller as to Products already owned by Buyer. Buyer and Seller are referred to herein individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
