Seller enters into this Co-Broker Agreement ("Agreement") with Buyer and Buyer's licensed real estate broker ("Real Estate Broker") or, if permitted by state law, Buyer's licensed real estate sales person, agent, or provisional broker acting on behalf of and under the supervision of Real Estate Broker and who is authorized to execute this Agreement on behalf of Real Estate Broker (collectively with Real Estate Broker, "Real Estate Professional"). Terms which are not defined in this Agreement will have the same meaning as those terms set forth in the Purchase Contract entered into between Seller and Buyer. Seller, Buyer and Real Estate Professional agree as follows:
