CAR has temporary custody and care of animals rescued and CAR desires to provide a supportive, healthy, and safe environment for each animal in its custody and care; A veterinarian has provided the animal with necessary basic vaccinations. CAR has a reasonable expectation that the animal has been or will be checked by a vet and presumed healthy but depending on the age of the animal all vaccines may not be up to date and additional precautions are necessary. I Addition due to the nature of rescue the history of the animal is often unknown and CAR suggests isolating new fosters for several days to ensure no cross contamination perhaps even specifically calling out the incubation period for Parvo. CAR will pay for required veterinary expenses, CAR will provide leash and collar, food and crate if needed.
