the “Agreement”) between the user hereinafter named but not limited to a student, parent, an educational institution or any other such person who accesses the services (“You”) and Alearn (“Alearn”, “We” or “Us”), the operator of www.alearn.ca (the “Site”) and related applications, services and mobile applications provided by Alearn (hereinafter when referred collectively called as ‘Alearn Platforms’). This Agreement shall govern your use of Services (defined below), both as registered and non-registered user.
