The Health and Human Services Commission (“HHSC” or “Receiving Agency”), acting for and on behalf of the Lubbock State Supported Living Center (the “Lubbock SSLC”), and Texas Tech University, acting for and on behalf of the Burkhart Center for Autism Education & Research (“TTU” or “Performing Agency”), each a “Party” and collectively the “Parties,” enter into the following contract for Staff Training services (the “Contract”) pursuant to the provisions of “The Interagency Cooperation Act,” Chapter 771 of the Texas Government Code.
