This Nonqualified Option Agreement (the “Agreement”) is between Four Springs Capital Trust, a Maryland real estate investment trust (the “Company”), and Stephen R. Petersen (the “Participant”), pursuant to the Company’s 2014 Equity Incentive Plan (the “Plan”).
